As a woman with many roles, Mya Carroll is passionate about helping people, businesses, and communities transform from vision to reality. With over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience, she brings a spiritual, transparent, and results-driven approach to every project, guiding clients to unlock their true potential and build sustainable success.

Mya is a Real Estate Agent, Business and Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Author, and Founder and CEO of RM Carroll Enterprise, LLC. She also leads as Chair of the South Post Oak Redevelopment Authority (TIRZ 9), where she plays a pivotal role in shaping affordable housing, infrastructure, and economic development throughout Houston’s communities.

Currently, Mya is pursuing her Master’s in Community Development at Prairie View A&M University, deepening her expertise in planning, policy, and equitable development to continue her mission of building communities that thrive for generations.

For more than two decades, Mya has enhanced the lives of individuals and organizations both nationally and globally. Her career began in the corporate world, where she became a trusted leader within multiple Fortune 500 companies, training, developing, and mentoring executives to perform at their highest potential.

Her expertise in organizational development, marketing strategy, performance improvement, and project management laid the foundation for her consulting practice. Today, she uses that same insight to help communities and businesses align vision with execution, and purpose with profitability.

Mya holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Women’s Studies and Behavioral Analysis from the University of Houston–Clear Lake.

She is the Founder of Phoenix Women’s Outreach, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals affected by trauma, and the former Chair of the South Houston Concerned Citizens’ Coalition. Mya also serves on multiple boards, continuing her commitment to civic service and community transformation.

Mya’s dedication to excellence and impact has earned her numerous accolades.
In 2015, she received a Proclamation from former Houston Mayor Annise D. Parker, declaring April 17th as “Mya Carroll Day”. In 2019, she was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of the city’s “Women Who Mean Business.”

These honors reflect Mya’s unwavering belief that true leadership begins with service, and that prosperity is most meaningful when shared with others.
